Written cancellation of conference, preconference, tour and meal function registration must be received by October 7, 2015.  AASL will not issue any refunds after October 7, 2015, and does not accept phone cancellations. 

Refunds, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be processed 4-6 weeks from date of cancellation request. Ticketed events cancelled prior to October 7, 2015, will not be assessed a fee provided conference registration is retained. 

AASL reserves the right to cancel any part of the National Conference if there is insufficient registration or for other reasons.

Neither ALA nor AASL are responsible for cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies, or other losses incurred due to cancellation of programs. Please send all cancellation correspondence directly to CompuSystems.

On-Site Registration

Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
